Generally

If you have any questions about our products or need support, we are happy to help. Our customer service is available on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are also there for you on Saturdays.

All your orders are available in your customer account. Simply log in and go to the “Orders” or “My Account” area, where you will find an overview of all previous orders including the associated invoices.

In addition, you will automatically receive an invoice by email after each completed order. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.

Shipping

Our standard shipping usually takes between 2-3 or 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping option. We also offer express delivery, which is available at an additional cost.

For customers who want to receive their orders particularly quickly, the express delivery option is available Disposal. If you choose this shipping method, you can usually expect your package faster. Please note that express deliveries must also be completed before 1:00 p.m. to ensure your package leaves our warehouse the same day.

We currently deliver our products to Germany. We are pleased to announce that we will be expanding our delivery service to other countries in Europe in the near future. We are working hard to offer our customers broader shipping coverage and will keep you updated as we ship to additional countries.

Returns

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return items. With us you have the option of returning items free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we can only accept products that are in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or are not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Receive the shipping label

Print the shipping label from the portal. Alternatively, you can have a label printed with the QR code at a DHL post office.

Pack the item

Place the item in the shipping box or shipping bag provided.

Send the package back

Take the package to the nearest Deutsche Post post office and send it back free of charge.

Notification of receipt

As soon as the package has arrived, you will be notified and informed about the next processing step.< /span>
